The Krishna Janmashtami 2026 Observance at Jet Kids

Jet Kids International School celebrated Krishna Janmashtami with colour, devotion and joyful participation. Dressed in traditional attire as Krishna, Radha and other characters, our young learners experienced the festival through celebration, prayer and creative storytelling. The day became a beautiful opportunity to connect children with Indian culture while encouraging participation, confidence and togetherness.

Our youngest learners stepped into character with dazzling traditional costumes, peacock-feather crowns, flutes and colourful ghagra-cholis. Their innocent enthusiasm, playful camaraderie and warm smiles filled the campus with radiant celebratory warmth.

The morning began with ceremonial solemnity as educators and children gathered before the beautifully adorned Radha-Krishna altar. The ceremonial lighting of the diya, accompanied by devotional chants and traditional aarti, invited students to experience the quiet beauty of Indian rituals, nurturing a natural appreciation for harmony, respect, and gratitude.

A dramatic classroom enactment depicted the momentous birth of Lord Krishna in Mathura's कारागार (prison). Framed by handcrafted stage props, stone-textured prison gates, and watchful student sentinels holding silver spears, young actors portrayed the timeless story with remarkable poise, transforming folklore into an unforgettable experiential learning moment.
